I have wobbly sleep button, silent button, dust under the screen, 2 dead pixels, the blacks are very cloudy and the whites are yellow, tinny sound and my battery goes down to about 30% after about 2 hours!

Will they exchange it? Are they exchanging with refurbs or are they still new??

o2 finally have some stock so I took it back.

Brand new sealed one - the bevel is full of scratches by the home button and down the right hand side.

Looks like I'll be making another trip.
