32gb Space Grey. Ordered it on AT&T.com Tuesday and came today via USPS. Set it up and suited it up with a Spigen tough armor case and spigen screen protector. Touch ID is working great so far too.

That's a huge case, unless you work in construction/mechanical industry there is almost no need for that. You should try out screen protector on front and back and bumper case combination, it's what I'm using and I love it. Also got my 5s 4 days ago and it's awsome phone.
I like to change cases frequently and currently have a bumper/impact band on mine and it looks great on my space gray phone. The protection on that case looks good and it matches the color of the phone...I might get one.

To me its a thin case. It is only slightly thicker thank the phone itself. It will go into my Otterbox Defender when I go ATVing and stuff. This is the light fit everyday case.
I was using a Zagg bumper on my iPhone 5s but i switched to the Apple branded case. My previous iPhone 5 had a zagg screen protector on front and back so I didn't have to worry too much about scratches, etc. But I didn't put a protector on the new phone, so I felt safer w/ something that covered the back of the phone.
As someone who has gone caseless for over a year and just switched to putting on a SGP Tough Armor, you have no idea what you are talking about. This is the only case that i would say has the sturdy feel of an all aluminium case/ bumpers as i have used in the past. The case is not thick at all and offers some of the best protection around.

If you read my post you'd know the answer to 2 of your questions. As far as Siri goes I had that on my iPhone 5 and it's useless to me, more of a novelty I suppose.

Yup. Ordered Tuesday and got it Saturday. AT&T orders for space grey have been shipping very quick that's why I did it.

I just cancelled my apple.com order and switched it to att.com. Estimate ship date of 2-4 business days (Tues to Thurs)!!
Man, to think that if I had gone to att.com last Sunday rather than Apple.com for my order, it'd already be in my hands by now... oh well, at least I only have to wait for 1 more week or so!
