Got my Fedex tracking # for Verizon order

One of the iPhone 6s I ordered on Verizon now has a Fedex tracking number. It is currently in West Chester, PA. Luckily for me this is the phone that I ordered for a birthday next Saturday. Let the tracking begin!
 
Did they email you with this? Mine still says it has been sent for processing, when i check the preorder site.
 
Guys, it'll come on the 19th if thats your delivery date. Whether you get tracking today or in 3 days. Poster above, have no worry.

No, I got it by checking. The other phone I ordered at the same time does not yet have a tracking # I am happy that it is Fedex and not UPS.

Edit: Just got the email from Verizon with tracking number. Expected delivery date is 9/19.

Edit: Tracking for second phone arrived and it is coming from Memphis.
It will be fun to have my phones racing each other to the finish line.

They sent an email.
 
Got the email as well but expected delivery date is "by 3pm 9/18". Most likely an error but I can dream.

Wait, it says my phone is in Memphis? not coming from China? Surprised! Wonder if I'll get it before the 19th.
 
Yours was assembled in Memphis by Bubba at the satellite Apple facility there. Expect BBQ sauce stain on outside of box.

Thats ok! As long as Bubba sends me my phone. West Chester is closer to me than Memphis but I'll take what I can get.
 
Got my Shipment notification that I will be getting at least one of my iphones on Thursday 9/18!
 
Don't expect your phones on 9/18. You will get them on release day. Happens every year. Apple makes sure you get it on release day. Your phones will sit somewhere for a full day and then start moving. It's all planned
 
anyone get anything besides per order confirmation for a 6 plus 128? can't seem to find anything except for 16 and 64 on verizon
 
Received mine also.

Says estimated delivery 9/18, but also says future delivery requested, so it'll be held until release day.

I get that people are excited about getting their new phones (I am too!) but it's really funny the amount of threads were people are obsessing about ship dates and "why hasn't my credit card been charged should I freak?" out threads! Of course, here I am reading one and responding in it so I guess I should really not say anything!
 
Excited for all of you! When I preordered the iPhone 4 a few years ago, I received it 3 days ahead!! Doubt it will happen that way again but you can have hope :)

Pretty sure every year some people have received their phones early.
 
One of mine is in Memphis with Friday delivery, the other is in West Chester, PA with Thursday delivery.
