Hi Guys,

I bought my new macbook in the last week of November. Unfortunately it came with 2 dead pixels on the screen.

I thought I could live with it, but after a week I decided to call Apple to get this issue rectified. When I told the apple technician about the issue, he put me across a customer relations guy, who readily agreed to arrange a "Full Product Replacement" (which i never sugggested to the technician, as i jus wanted the panel to be replaced). Then my macbook was picked up frm my house on Dec 1st (by a local courier service here), and yesterday evenin (11th of Dec) i got a brand new macbook shipped, which is perfectly fine...void of any h/w defects and to my surprise, my screen is the coveted 9c8c... So am really happy about the Apple's customer care and service...

Hope there arent further internal h/w or s/w issues...
i love :apple: Macbook...

Congrats! It took me 4 tries to get a decent one :D
So enjoy it and I hope it serves you well!! ;)

EDIT: I have 9c8c as well. No complaints here either..
