got my new iphone 14, why isnt it listed on my www.icloud.com account?

l like to to do nice things like make it sound if can't find it, lock it, add messages to it if lost. My other apple deivces are there, eg mac air, mbpr, but not new iphone 14, it is logged into apple account and find my iphone is on as is share my location. please help, thanks
