I'm really loving my new iPhone 4. Got it all setup and synced. Tested the proximity sensor (fine) and held it with the grip of death (also fine).

So far I'm a very happy new owner. I am noticing one annoying side-effect to the advanced resolution: the macrumors mobile site is having font problems when I type. And, the text box doesn't auto-size to fit the screen properly.

Still, I'm very happy!

I just realized my initial post, from my iPhone, wasn't to the mobile site. Still seems "off" to me now (but not as "off" as before) even though I think I'm using the mobile site.

Your second post - the one quoted above - was clearly made with the MR mobile site. Your first post was not.

Thanks xraydoc. I can't tell from my iPhone while using the mobile site. I'm noticing other issues with my new toy, unrelated to using safari.

Btw, did I mention that safari seems snappier? :)

Take a picture of a white background like a white wall or piece of printer paper and check to see if your camera has the blue spot issue.

could you take a high res photo of your phone. some people are suggesting that the new units have a clearly visible proximity sensor and clear coating on the stainless steel band
