Unless things have changed from last year, you can't order online to pick up in-store. It has to be shipped to the same address as the billing address on the account. What I was told last summer was that I could order in the store to have it delivered in-store, which is what I ended up doing for the 3GS.
that makes sense. but I only had a debit card so I was not sure if I could do it at the store. but i will need to go in and get a sim card with the right number on it.
