Got my refurbished today

Well I just got my refurbished 2.0 core 2 duo macbook today. It is perfect 4 weeks old and -1 battery cycles however you get that I dont know? I am having a few problems getting used to mac though. First of all how do I open up for than 1 window of firefox? When I shutdown my mac and turn it back on there are files in the trash can I did not put there. On Adium how do I switch from MSN to AOL ? Thanks for the help.

Well for FireFox, do Command 'N' for a new window, but you can also do Command 'T' to open up multiple tabs in the same window. Sorry, can't help you with the rest.

Did you check what file in the trash was? Did you install anything new software that may cause the problem? Maybe there are other user using your Mac?

Go to File, New Window.
