Got my Watch, one strange thing.

Got my watch and have it all paired and setup. Seems to be working great and I love how it looks. Still trying to figure out which face I like best. The only thing I noticed that was strange - I thought if you held the button in, it would display Apple Pay. On mine, it displays a menu that let's you power off, etc. Am I doing something wrong?
