iPod Got new MacBook how to change iPhone's Primary Computer?

I just got a new 13" MacBook Pro today!!(My first mac) and I used to have my iPhone setup on my home computer is there anyway to make my new MacBook its primary computer now? or do i have to restore it to do it?

Are there any programs I can download that will get my music and videos off of my iPhone to my Mac?

Why not just transfer the files from your old computer to the new one? (Rather than downloading a program to extract said files from your iPhone)

ok yea I found that out...do I have to restore my iPhone to change the primary computer? or is there another way?
