This is BS. The Apple CS said it's just the volume and to keep trying. We've been trying since yesterday. It always times out after selecting no hotspot.

So pissed.

On Sprint if it matters. B101 res.

Not sure I understand. Are you trying to unselect a plan feature (hotspot) and that's causing the problem? Why not just take the feature and call sprint afterwards to remove? Apologize in advanced if I've misunderstood.

No. I have a phone reserved under the reservation # system because at the time initially processed my carrier could not be contacted.

Apple sent out emails with the reservation # and a link to complete the order within 24 hours.

In the process I select my existing plan and continue. The next step has me select if I want a hotspot addition. I select no and continue.

At this point it should go to the actual purchase of the phone, but it times out every single time saying they can't contact the carrier (Sprint)
