Got screwed over by authorized reseller and iPhone upgrade

I went to Wireless DNA today to get an iPhone 4. I waited for about 5 hours to get it. When the store was open and running I was told that I was not eligible to upgrade until October even though the iPhone upgrade software said I was. By the time I got out of the store, all other stores were sold out.

I originally printed off the iPhone upgrade form for reference so I checked it again and it said that authorized resellers are able to do this too.

I just want to let everyone know that Wireless DNA in Brantford, Ontario, Canada is not properly educated with their products. If you are planning to upgrade your existing iPhone, don't waste your time there.

It's more likely the employees were trying to save the phone for someone else that they knew, so they'd make it the biggest hassle for you to deter you from getting one.
