I just got Squaretrade for my iPhone 4. I was curious to see if many people around here have it. It seems like a pretty nice service. What has been your experience with it?

STFF. Quite a few people on here, self included, have SquareTrade. Most are happy with it, although there are a handful that prefer other options.

I haven't made any claims on my warranty, but others have and seem to be happy with the results, by and large.

does not seem worth to me. The cost of the insurance, plus the deductible get very close to the 199 apple charges you for out of warranty repair replacement. Squaretrade does not cover loss or theft, so there's no advantage there. For most damages you might see that Squaretrade would fix for you, you could just spend a bit more and head to the Apple store and get a new iPhone the same day, rather than wait 4 days or whatever it takes SQ to get one back to you.
