got the flashback trojan, do i need to change credit cards?

so i just downloaded the java update on my mac, i wanna know if i have to change all my passwords and my credit card numbers since i've used them this past week to order from amazon.com

I'm guessing that you had the trojan before you installed the update? How do you know you have it?

Watch your statement for suspicious charges. If you see some, change cards.
