So I’ll start by saying I’ve been a huge Apple fan since the early 2000’s.
My first official Mac was an iMac G4 and it was over after that.
I’ve owned so much since then but I had always sold the items to upgrade to the newest release. I’m retrospect I regret it given what I’ve been up to in the past few months.
So about 4 months ago I fell on a iPod HiFi YouTube video and I fell in love all over again.
That peaked my interest enough to go out and find one. Started searching on FB Marketplace, EBay , Kijiji etc. My main requirement, boxed.
What I loved and love most about apple is and has always been the packaging.
The attention to detail.
The feeling of unboxing.
I did end up finding one locally for a decent price.
That catapulted me into a rabbit hole and voila.
I’ve gone absolutely insane.
Attached are pictures of a portion of my collection.
My main focus, boxed items.
When it came to iPods, iPhones etc is new.
95% or my iPods and iPhones are new and sealed.
Some are new but were unsealed by customs ( I’m in Canada ) :( :(
I have quite a few items on the way as well.
2 Apple Lisa 2/5’s , a apple II with original receipt , a fully boxed apple 3.
And everyday I am adding more and more.
I rented an office space to start exposing this stuff.
I will most likely start a YouTube channel to show the world my collection and remind everyone how amazing these products were/ are.
Enjoy this for now and I will update it as it grows!

Well. I’ll say that’s totally nuts. But the world does need people like you ?

Do you have a 16” Intel MBP in there? Would love to get one BNIB. Asking for a friend ?

Lolol I agree I’m nuts!
I don’t have a 16” Intel MBP. Too recent for me!
Most likely when I run out of vintage items to buy I’ll start focusing on the newer stuff lol!

@youyou is starting a museum! Very nice collection. About the only thing in there that I would want, for nostalgia, is a black MacBook. 2008 was the first Mac that I purchased; it eventually got passed down to my daughter several years later and...then teens do what teens do, and she destroyed it.

OP is in good company. I know people whose apartments were stuffed and have had to rent storage units for their Macs. One collector in particular is intent on owning every derivative of every model Mac Apple sold from 1998 to 2006.
