Got the new MBP and now the Startup Disk question.

I did not look into the Startup Disk feature or even what it is utilized for. What exactly should I be doing with mine on this new laptop?

No need to do anything with a new machine. By default it uses the internal SSD as the startup disk. If you needed to change to an external device, that's where you would do it.

Change your Mac startup disk

Change the startup disk of your Mac using Startup Disk settings.
