Pretty sure I didn’t do that in 2 days!!!
 
Same thing happened to me for the minutes worked out. I saw the challenge notification and then very soon after the achievement accomplished message popped up.

This was on Nov. 1st. Pretty sure I didn’t do almost 1500 minutes of exercise in one day as that is more than 24hrs!
 
They must at least be working on these achievement bugs. I know that before I saw that when people had a goal that they needed to average for the number of calories per month, it was taking a total calories and just divided by 30 days even if you were only on day three or four of the month or whatever. That’s what mine was still doing until I updated to iOS 11.1 today. Now it is showing in the correctly calculated average calories burned per day so far for the month. When I looked just now it said I was at 887 per day, and to earn the achievement I need to average 804 for the entire month.
