Got this weird notification on my iphone

I felt my phone vibrate, pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw this on my lockscreen. I have never seen anything like it. When I tapped on it in Notification Center it opened messages and went to the last message thread I had open.
Anybody have any thoughts on what would trigger this or what it is? I'm on 9.3 beta 1.1...

This app right here is probably what caused the issue.
