I don't feel sorry for the guy getting busted, and making him use Windows seems fair punishment.
This should be the penalty for all geek-related crimes. For really serious violations, the judge should condemn them to spend their sentence with WindowsME. That'll teach 'em.
It really seems like a reasonable punishment, even lenient.... My question is how quickly this hacker will land in jail or prison because he violates the terms by trying to hack the windows install.
He should have to use a Celeron PC running WindowsME and Microsoft Bob.
