iPhone GPS Bug?

I've already disabled all apps that could be using GPS, just left Google Maps and Siri in "Just While Using", and the GPS icon next to the clock keeps appearing from time to time and the system doesn't tell me what was the app you used. Anyone else with this bug?

iPhone 11 Pro Max and iOS 13.2.

Settings > Privacy > tap on "Location Services" from the top

Scroll down to the end and tap on System Services

Uncheck any additional items there that you may have missed

also while you're there ensure you turn off significant locations

I already did it and continue! From what I've been researching this is a bug.

Maybe it's the Find my iPhone thing?

and hope someone at Apple picks and fix this. So far, they have quiet about this.
