GPS Coordinates?

Is there an app that will allow me to send GPS coordinates as a link? I was out camping last week about 3 miles off any roads. I had a signal oddly enough, but when I dropped a pin on google maps and sent it, it was completely wrong. Looking to send actual coordinates that can be opened by someone without typing it back in to a map or browser.

Search iTunes for "I am here" and you will see some apps like you want. I never used any of them, so can't offer a suggestion.
