iPhone 12 Pro Max GPS Not Accurate after IOS 15.5 Update

so as the title says it,my GPS is not accurate at all after the latest IOS 15.5 Update. at first i thought it was the app,but turns out all the apps which uses GPS gives the wrong information. Any solution to this?

i just found out it happens if i use my Cellular Data. GPS is fine if im connected to my Wifi at home.

when the iPhone is locating you via Wi-Fi, it’s using the nearby Wi-Fi networks to triangulate your position. It’ll even work indoors while GPS will not.
GPS requires an uninterrupted view of the sky to receive the GPS satellite signals.
