GPS not working on iPhone 6s

The GPS stopped working on my iPhone 6s for no apparent reason. The phone has never been dropped.

I wiped it to the factory setting without restoring it from a backup, but the GPS still doesn't work. Waze shows "no GPS signal" and Apple's maps doesn't show directions correctly.

Any ideas?
