Any Reviews or opinions on this GPS Unit for the 1st & 2nd gen Iphones?
It is a newly developed unit for the Iphone .....

https://www.orangegadgets.com/shop/..._id=1&osCsid=f973329d405b24e189ead7a50bf0a520

I am tempted, but I am hesitant till it is compatibly with other GPS apps.
It seems to work with xGPS software developed by Xwaves

It looks good and small, but I would like to hear from some current users of this product.

Anyone???

Hmmm this unit may be too new .....

I was hoping someone had an intelligent opinion ...
This would be a God sent GPS for us 1st & 2nd gen iphones, if it works.

I received this from the IGPS 360 support concerning the compatibility of other apps:

"Thank you for your interest in the iGPS360 module.

Quite a few AppStore apps can be used with the iGPS360 module now as well.
You will need to install GSPSerial on a jailbroken phone through for it to work.
Btw. xGPS is free and also available through Cydia on a jailbroken phone.
Please see the following links as well:

And the iGPS360 does work with Sygic NAM which I just purchased and tried out.
It does however not work with the built-in Google maps app as this uses a private Apple API (but xGPS is better anyway).

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I think I may just bite the bullet and order this receiver.
