Is their an app available or facility within my iphone which will count the amount of satellites my GPS is connected to?

Some apps (MotionX) show a GPS "Signal Strength" bar graph. I haven't seen any that show the actual number of satellites being tracked, like you can see on a Garmin stand-alone GPS status screen. I've read that it's not info available to the app developer through the SDK but I don't know that firsthand.
