GPS software for Mac?

When I had my Dell laptop I was using Microsoft Streets and Maps for my mapping software. i was wondering if there was any program out that will work with my MBP?
 
Also I failed to mention that I want to have one that I can use with a gps receiver so that I can use it on the road like a tom tom.
