A couple of days ago the location services on my iphone suddenly decided to stop working. This had happened in the past and the fix was as turning either location services on then off, or doing the same with 3G. However, this time none of that seems to work. I've even restored the firmware with no luck!

The fact it has worked in the past makes me think it isn't a hardware problem, as some users have experienced. Plus, I've already had to exchange a faulty iPhone (this is the brand new replacement), so the chance of me having two faulty products are fairly slim. Could still happen, but it seems like a software problem.

O2 can't help me, apple probably can but I don't live near a store to have a diagnostics check done.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Possible fixes?

Thanks in advance.
