Hi,

i dont know why but the GPS accuracy with my iP-3G gets worse and worse. It's usually about 50-100 meters off (see pictures, the purple pin represents where i actually was at that time). It doesnt matter if i turn 3G and/or WIFI off (as somewhere suggested) its always like this. Ok sometimes it gets the location right for just a few seconds, but then suddenly the blue dot moves 50 meters off and stays there.
I use GPS not very often, but i'm pretty sure before the 2.1 update it was much more precise. Has anyone had this same problem or anything like it?

Another question: when i plot a route and i reach the edge of the currently displayed part of the map, the blue dot disappears from the screen but the map doesnt follow. So i have to manually move the map with my fingers to where the dot is. This cant be right, or is it?

cheers, rob
