GPT boot record help

OK i have a problem where I have lost my bootcamp and recovery disk when i boot my mac and hold down ALT.

I used to see


Macintosh HD | Recovery HD | BootCamp

I deleted a partiton on my HDD and now i have lost my Recovery HD and Bootcamp drive.

Is there anyway i can get them back?

How did you delete what partition on your Mac?

via disk utility

selected the partitions and the click the - button
