GPU crashe on boot

My mac was appear a horizontal line and dont boot to user . I clear the nvram and pram and cms nothing going please a solution
My osx is el capitan and stopped in the middle then the start

There os no information about your MBP model, but the picture looks like a failing dGPU. Check this information out about a Apple extended video repair program and see if it applies.

It looks like classic GPU problems as per the page posted above. Do you have one of the affected models?

If you have a model covered by the repair program, call Apple to ask for Mail-in support (see the "Repair Process" section). I got my 2011 MBP logic board replaced for a failed dGPU using Mail-in.
