Hello

It's time for me to upgrade to the new Mac Pro but i'm struggling on choosing the right graphics card for it.
I work mainly in Davinci Resolve (sometimes FCP X) with Canon RAW-Light Footage in 4K or 5.9K (C200, C500 Mk II).
My current iMac Pro (Vega 56) struggles with smooth playback when adding some basic color grading.

There are a lot of benchmarks out there with h264 / h265 en/decoding but very little about working with Canon RAW Footage.

- Is a single W5700X a good option (and adding a second one later) or go directly with two of them?
- Is instead an upgrade to a single Vega II worth it or does it perform better then 2 x W5700X?

As far as I know, the Vega II is more powerful but has an older architecture as the W5700X.

Does anyone work with the new Mac Pro 7,1 with Canon RAW footage and can maybe share some insights?

Thanks in advance :)
