GPU Thermal Problems imac 24

Hello,
I have a problem with my imac 24, there are some artefacts, only when the imac is warm and just on the place where the gpu cooler is, my gpu is at 65/70 idle, so i just want to change the thermal paste, but i'm a little bit scarry about doing the things bad, could someone say me if the operation is simple or show me some photos about the operation ? Thanks
