MP 1,1-5,1 GPU worked, but now doesn’t

Hey everyone! I have a 2010 5.1 Mac Pro and just installed a RX580 GPU a few weeks ago. It was working fine (no boot screen which isn’t a huge deal) and then today it just stopped! No image at all! If I swap HDMI ports on the back of the RX580, it works for 1-2 seconds then there’s no image on the screen anymore. I changed Cables and HDMI ports on the TV too with no luck.

Had High Sierra and then swapped over to Mojave

It worked fine for a week or two then just started acting weird out of nowhere!

Did you get new or used ? If used I would be afraid it was a mining card.

I got it used, but that doesn’t explain why it just quit on me after 2 weeks of working fine?

Just to eliminate a variable, would you confirm the TV is still stable when connected to a different HDMI device (other computer or appliance)?
