Grade book app that uses iCloud

Does anyone know of an app that I can use to keep track of grades for my classes? I'm looking for one that can also be used on the iPhone and (hopefully) on my Macbook Pro. I would also like it to use iCloud to keep everything in sync.

Anyone know of something (other than numbers) that does this?

I'm not aware of any application but i'm sure if you hired a developer and built one you could make a ton of money with all other teachers wanting it.

There are a few. One that springs to mind is Teacherpal but there are a few others. Not been impressed with any of them tho. Do a search and you'll find a few.
