The thing holding me back from getting the Apple Watch is the lack of input besides siri (I want mostly to just add quick items to lists--eg. add the word "kale" or "soap" to a shopping list during odd times when I don't have my phone and remember I need these things)
I wonder if Apple might integrate a character recognition sort of input into the Apple Watch where one could draw individual characters on the screen and have the OS convert them to text. If anyone remembers Palm OS, there used to be such a system of input on Palm devices. Perhaps this is something that will start out as a third party app and then get integrated in?
