Grapher numbering offset

For some reason, my numbering offset for my point plot will not be offset to the point which the numbers can actually be read. Instead of offsetting in x-y fashion around zero, it seems to go around the center of my next major tick. I've tried changing just about every setting in Grapher on text, axis, etc and still nothing seems to work out.

Any help ya'll?
