Greetings All!
I am learner in graphics and I use Graphic converter for image on mac. I have made simple banner for web site and I want to have horizontal transparent bar on bottom of banner for placing menu. I don't have idea how to make transparent bar on bottom using graphic converter.
If you know, please share your ideas.
