Graphic Converter problem

I recently had my harddrive replaced, and they cloned data, but for some reason my graphic converter now acts like it's not registered, I tried deleting it and using the software restore disc, but it keeps having errors. The restore disc is 10.3 and I'm running 10.4.4. Anybody know a way to register a downloaded version using a bundle code, or isolate graphic converter on the restore disc?

Pacifist can probably isolate the installer on the restore CD/DVD.
