I am a graphic designer and video editor who is looking to buy an Imac for the first time. The uses will include Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop CS4 and Final Cut Studio 6 with all included programs.
The Imac I am considering is the 24-inch 2.66GHz, 4GB Memory, 640HD, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M Graphics.
Is this an acceptable choice for running the mentioned applications. Is this fast enough? Also how does the video card fair since it is not dedicated memory? Any suggestions or things to consider?
