iPad Graphic file request, notes app on iPad

D'oh! Accidentally deleted a png file in iFunbox for the native Notes app on iPad and the app is crashing in landscape mode. The file is the long thin one that makes it look like ripped paper at the top, just under the brown bar. Not sure what the name of the file is. Can anybody give me that file? Muchos gracias in advance! :)
