Graphic weirdness? White/Black flashes boxes when viewing online videos

Hi everyone whenever I view a video on youtube or google video lately black or white flashes appear over the video only for a second it's very distracting not to mention hurting my eyes. It goes away when I go to full screen with the video. Does anyone know what this is? maybe a graphics problem or just a problem with my macbook pro, or a web browser problem. I've checked firefox,safari,anc camino browsers this happens on every one of them. Anyone know what this is?

Is this just for web video or offline content too?

Try downloading the youtube video to your HDD (see google for how to do this on safari using activity window) and viewing it from your mac.

Maybe the error is to do with the flash plugin.

Offline video works fine, and last night after I posted this i was able to view on line videos fine so it seems to only happen sometimes.
