Hi folks, when moving from the grey :apple: boot screen to the login window, there is normally some blue first. At the moment I get a half blue half black screen, split by a jagged diagonal line. It then flashes and goes to my login.
I'm a little worried this could be something more serious..PRAM/Permissions/Disk Repair done. Computer works fine and I can game for hours with no artifacts so don't think it's the GPU that is fried.

No other issues don't worry about it. Its 10.6 being glitchy.

Cheers

Can u take a photo of it?

does it look like this?

if so, i reinstalled osx and it went away. It came back a month or two ago and I narrowed it down to "Air Display" - an iPad app to extend your monitor. Once that was deleted, the iMac was fine.

Here is a thread I made about it a while back. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1072196/
