So I was playing Half Life 2 on my new 2012 Macbook Pro 15 baseline and I noticed that the fps dropped below 18 fps while looking at certain buildings. I went on my sisters early 2011 Macbook Pro 13 baseline and played Half Life 2 on hers, loaded the same level where the fps were dropping and there were no fps drops at all. I had both each at their recommend settings with native resolution then I matched the setting from my new 15in with the same setting on her 13in and still fps drops on my 15 pro. I don't know if I have a bad graphics card but the Nvidia 650m should out perform her Intel HD 3000, am I right or not? I just bought it and I'm still under the return policy for 7 more days, any help would be great, thanks!
