MP 7,1 Graphics Card placement performance impact?

In my mac pro I have MPX module (I tried W6900X and W6800X Duo) occupying Slot 1 and 2, Nvidia A6000 in Slot 3. But Geekbench 5.4 keeps showing a 10% lower score for the MPX modules vs benchmark while in windows the A6000 is all good. Should I move the Slot 3 GPU card to Slot 4?
