graphics driver for 2010 13" MBP (VmWare)?

Where do i find a Grafics driver for the Nvidia 320M found in the new 13" mbp.

I have just installed Autocad Architecture, and it dosnt really work - lags ALOT, so i think it is the driver for the graphic card thats messed up. It says that the driver used is from 2006, and published by microsoft.

VMware uses its own drivers (emulated hardware). If you need better performance, then you need to run Windows natively via Boot Camp.
