Graphics Problem from nowhere

Hi today sometime my MacBook Pro 2011 with 10.7.1 started indexing on spotlight and became very luggy i don't know if the cause was that but after that my macs transition from full-screen apps and to mission control is very glitchy and strange. Anyone know what maybe happened?
