Graphics Problem

I am getting graphical glitches randomly a few times an hour. I have taken some screen shots of the affected areas. Is this a graphics card problem? Can it be fixed? Running Mac OS 10.6.3 with latest firmware up to date. I have also performed a hardware test to find nothing wrong.
