So looks like my laptop is suffering from the graphics issues that everyone has been discussing.

Apple is charging me $310 flat fee to repair the laptop.

Looks like its back at the store but when I call they say they have not received it yet. Fedex shows that its been signed for this morning. I just want my Macbook pro back. Its hard switching back to Windows while my computer is in the shop.

Does anyone know why it takes so long for them to check the laptop back into the Genius bar so I can go pick it up?

And its still sitting there. Supposedly they are running diagnostics on the machine to ensure everything was repaired correctly. I asked how long that takes and couldn't get an answer. Guess I will need to make the 1 hr round trip tomorrow to pick up my Macbook Pro.

If they are doing all this everything better be working.

Got the macbook back finally.

They replaced the logic board, super drive, super drive cable and also took out my RAM and gave me 8gb of "Apple" memory.

All for $310 + Tax
