I have a B&W G3 with an airport pci card and a graphite base station. Does anyone know how to set it up to access the internet via wifi. I am on OS 10.4.8. I cannot find any instructions or manuals on the apple website

Try plugging your ethernet port into the router and connecting to it with the Airport setup utility.
