Grayed out tracks in other albums.

Really Apple Music makes no sense with this. Many times I find a grayed out track in an album which is annoying however if I search for the grayed out track it is usually available in another album.

What I don't get is why doesn't Apple Music link the missing grayed out track from the other album like Spotify does?
